Sauerkraut
- grind/noise core from Bulgaria
Biography: The idea of doing some noisy stuff dates
back to 2000 when I saw the word "sauerkraut" in a
dictionary and I thought "Hell yeah, his will be the
band!", hahaha, or maybe something like that. In the summer
of 2001 I told Mavra about my ideas, he liked the conception and
on 13th of Sept. 2001 we did the "Anal Sigh" rehearsal
demo. It's horrible grind/noise core recorded with an old
tape-recorder, guitar, amp. The next stuff - another rehearsal
demo was recorded in January'02. I used some songs from both
demos for the "Bulgarian grind/noise brigades"
compilation tape. That tape became the first item out on Kremlin
Pickle Recs - my label. Some line-up changes transformed a bit the band...
bass: Trifon, Staffa, Ivan
guitar: mavra, the little mavra, Staffa, Deimoz, Spass, Ivan
drums: deimoz, spass, trifon, 'Joss'
So current one is: Ivan - guitar, bass, Trifon - vocals,
drums, mixing and 'Joss' - drums. This one's stable, but whoever wants may do
material with Sauerkraut.
